Bishop Caggiano presided over the Mass on August 8, 2009 when Love & Care Mission celebrated the Annual Meet at the Church of Our Lady of the Angelus at Rego Park, New York.
The Bishop applauded the work of LCM for helping the poor and needy children worldwide in their education and personal care. He promised his support and help to the growth of the organization.
